We collect strictly what is needed to answer your request, and nothing more. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
When you fill in the quote request form, you voluntarily provide the following information: name, organisation, role, phone number, e-mail address, and details describing your project (site type, location, needs).
This form records nothing without your knowledge: the information entered is used solely to compose the message you send us, by WhatsApp or e-mail, at your own initiative.
This data is used exclusively to contact you back, assess your need and prepare a proposal. It may be retained to manage the commercial relationship and, where applicable, the maintenance of your installation.
Requests without follow-up are kept for a maximum of three years. Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract, then according to applicable legal obligations.
Your data is processed by Kanu Protect. It is not passed to any third party for commercial purposes. It may be shared with a technical partner working on your site, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@kanuprotect.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
We apply to our own systems the principles we recommend to our clients: restricted access, strong passwords, encrypted exchanges and regular backups.
This site places no advertising cookies or commercial trackers. Only elements strictly necessary for the pages to function may be used.
