What we do with your data, and what we do not.
Our principle
We collect only what is needed to answer your request, and nothing more. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Data collected
When you fill in the “Discuss your project” form, you voluntarily send us: name, organisation, job title, phone, email address, details describing your project and, if you wish, documents.
The form sends your request and documents by email to KanuProtect. The website does not store your documents on its server. If automatic sending fails, the text of your request is offered to you so you can send it by email or WhatsApp yourself.
Purpose
This data is used only to contact you, study your needs and prepare a proposal. It may be kept to follow up the relationship and, where relevant, maintain your installation.
Retention period
Requests with no follow-up are kept for three years at most. Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract, then as required by applicable law.
Recipients
Your data is processed by KanuProtect. It is never passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with a technical partner working on your site, only as far as needed for the service.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser then contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. The Block’Fire® demonstration video is hosted on YouTube and only loads if you click the link.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising cookies and no audience tracking. A technical cookie is used only in the administration area reserved for KanuProtect.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@kanuprotect.com.
Security
We apply to our own systems the principles we recommend to our clients: restricted access, strong passwords, encrypted exchanges and regular backups.
