A city that sees, counts and regulates.

Safe City: we equip urban roads with sensors, dynamic signage and supervision, so that authorities decide from real data rather than from impressions.

THE SYSTEMS

Six families, one system

Each component works on its own. They come into their own connected to shared supervision, and that is where we come in.

01

Speed measurement and enforcement

Slow drivers down before penalising them. A feedback sign changes behaviour with no legal consequence for the driver, and records usable speed data along the way.

  • Driver feedback speed display signs
  • Fixed and mobile speed cameras
  • Speed detection by inductive loop or Doppler radar
  • In-road and roadside traffic sensors
02

Driver information

A driver informed early changes route. It is the cheapest way to relieve a congested road, long before any roadworks investment.

  • Variable message signs
  • Remotely managed multi-site dynamic signage
  • Intelligent signage responding to live conditions
03

Traffic regulation

Adapt signal cycles to actual demand instead of a fixed timer. Gains are measured in minutes saved per trip and fuel saved.

  • Adaptive intelligent traffic lights
  • Centralised traffic control systems
  • Corridor coordination and green waves
04

Observation and analysis

Without measurement, no mobility policy can be evaluated. These systems produce the figures that justify budget decisions.

  • Vehicle counting by category
  • Automatic incident detection: stopped vehicle, wrong way, congestion
  • Traffic video analytics
  • Mobility statistics and analysis
05

Unified supervision

Every device reports to a single centre. One operator sees the state of the network, receives alerts and acts on equipment from one desk.

  • Urban supervision centre, operator desk and video wall
  • Real-time traffic monitoring
  • Logging, traceability and data export
  • Power redundancy sized for load shedding
06

Support to competent authorities

These functions are not for a private contractor to run. We supply and maintain the technical infrastructure; operation belongs to authorised services, within the legal framework in force.

  • Assisted enforcement solutionsWith authorities
  • Automatic number plate recognitionWhere legally permitted
  • Interfacing with authority systems
THE CHAIN

From sensor to decision

A Safe City system is only useful if the data arrives, stays readable and leads to an action.

01

Capture

Radars, in-road sensors, analytics cameras and counting loops record speed, flow and incidents.

02

Transport

Dedicated fibre or point-to-point wireless, with hardened switching and backed-up power at every cabinet.

03

Supervise

Flows converge on the supervision centre. Live mapping, qualified alerts, searchable history.

04

Act

Signal cycles adjusted, messages published on variable signs, information passed to competent services.

LOCAL CONTEXT

Built for Bamako conditions

An urban mobility system designed elsewhere fails here for reasons that are not technical. We build these constraints in from the design stage, not after the first incident.

Load shedding

Every equipment point runs autonomously on battery, with a chemistry chosen to withstand ambient temperature rather than for purchase price.

No manufacturer support on site

A spare parts stock is established locally at handover, sized against the value of installed hardware.

Import costs

Civil works, cabinets, poles and power are sourced locally where quality allows, reducing customs exposure.

Dust and rainy season

Protection ratings and enclosures chosen for the real environment, not for a European catalogue.
